Have a low-income? A few assets? You may be eligible for free legal help with any debt collection lawsuits you may be facing. Our attorneys at the Consumer Debt Clinic can help you with an answer to the lawsuit, will demand records from the people suing you, or will try to negotiate a settlement or dismissal of the case. We will do everything we can to assist, but we also cannot promise that you will win your case.

 

Clients must apply for ICLS assistance to get assigned to the Consumer Debt Clinic. You can apply over the phone at 888-245-4257 or online at bit.ly/ICLSApplication.

The clinic takes place Mondays & Wednesdays, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
