Why Legal Aid?
In our region, nearly half of residents with limited financial means, aging adults, and those living with disabilities go without the civil legal help they need because they cannot afford an attorney. This leaves many vulnerable to homelessness, food insecurity, unemployment, and losing their health care coverage, feeling like their situation is impossible to resolve.
It doesn’t have to be this way, but ICLS can’t go it alone. By donating to support access to justice, you are giving people in our community a fighting chance.
