Do I qualify?

Inland Counties Legal Services, Inc. helps low-income people. ICLS helps people whose income is less than 125 percent of the federal poverty level, although in some cases they help people whose income is slightly higher. (Look at the table below for the current income guidelines.) In addition, people who are elderly, disabled, the victims of domestic violence, enlisted in the military or in other special circumstances may be eligible for help even if their income is a little higher.

For each additional member of the household in excess of 8, add $5,525 to the annual and $460 to the monthly income level.

What happens after I apply?

Once your eligibility is determined throguh the intake process, a member of the appropriate practice group will reach out to you and determine the level of services. 

What if I have more than one legal issue?

We will attempt to address all your legal issues through a hollisitic approach, depending on your case(s).

A separate application is needed for each legal issue, which will be addressed by the appropriate practice group. Our intake team appreciates your patience and cooperation.
