We just wrapped up an incredible experience at the 2023 National Legal Aid and Defender Association (NLADA) Annual Conference, where passionate minds from civil legal aid and public interest law communities came together, including ICLS executive staff and board members and the president of the LSC, Ronald Flagg!
Themed “Courageous Leadership: Uniting for Justice, Equity, and Empowerment,” the conference was a hub of skills-building, knowledge-sharing, and empowerment. Held at the vibrant Oakland Marriott City Center, the event brought together advocates committed to creating positive change.
It was a once-a-year opportunity for learning, networking, and mutual support, and we’re thrilled to have been part of it!
